Summer Student - Information Technology (remote)

The Ontario Energy Board (OEB) is currently seeking an energetic and collaborative individual to join our team as a Summer Student in the Information Technology department. The Information Technology Unit manages and delivers office automation and technology related services including applications (e-Filing, case management system, regulatory document search), security, telecommunications support and the development and maintenance of the computers.

• Provide assistance in day- to- day and project related matters
• SharePoint, Forms, Power Apps Development
• Provide assistance in the ongoing IT operational and planning activities including, Help Desk, application support and development
• Assist with website enhancements and maintenance
• Other tasks as assigned

• Enrolled in a recognized post-secondary program
• High level of professionalism
• Excellent customer service skills
• SharePoint experience mandatory
• Strong proficiency in IT technologies including databases, development, and end user Software like Microsoft Office
• The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to multi- task in a fast-paced environment
