Business Analyst (MD-OPBA-0126N)
- Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada
Description: Nortak Software is currently seeking Business Analysts with the following qualifications:
Mandatory Requirements:
- University degree or college diploma in a relevant area of study from a recognized academic institution
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience leading and conducting business analysis for business projects to assess clients’ business problems or opportunities, document the technical business requirements to meet the functional requirements
- Experience developing context diagrams, use cases and use case models
- Experience developing business service blueprints, user stories, technical & business process flows, process maps, data flow diagrams and customer journey maps
- Experience creating systems diagrams
- Experience writing business cases and conducting options analysis
- Experience developing cost-benefit analysis, and conducting feasibility studies for business I&IT initiatives
- Experience developing functional and non-functional requirements, leading and facilitates in-depth workshops to elicit, review, document and confirm business requirements, business process re-engineering, business models, business rules and user interface design, in order to create the technical framework/specifications for development of the business solution and/or infrastructure services or platforms
- Experience developing performance measures for a projects and lines of business
- Hands-on experience developing effective use cases and user stories
- Valid CRJMC security clearance or ability to obtain
